    • Our HR outsourcing team will consider your requirements and expectations and come up with a proposed action plan. We will provide you service solution that fits your needs.
    • We will provide on-site supervision with continuity follow-up by a reliable team that will be responsible for labor shift management, attendance sheets, social insurance, etc.
  • 3. Training and Development
    • We assess the skills of your staff, identify, and recommend training in relevant are to keep their skills align with the goals of the client.
  • 4. Performance Appraisal Management
    • Using key performance indicators (KPIs), we manage our staff(outsourced Employee) performance through regular reviews to help set and direct their efforts, motivate them to achieve the client goals.
    • Zebian’s HR team will work with the client executives and managers to constantly track, evaluate, and improve employee performance. We will provide HR support should any issues arise, and work with managers to develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • 5. Pay Roll Process
    • Properly tracking and reporting financial data are important for a variety of reasons. We will manage all clients financial responsibilities to the labors, including daily, weekly, and monthly payroll, bonuses, social insurance,.., etc.
    • * We have a contract with an E-payment company that can transfer salaries with cards or bank accounts, and it can also provide an on-site agent to disburse salaries (Cash) at a fixed percentage(negotiable).
